BIM Team Leader

Report to the Project Manager
-
Coordinate with the Project Manager on work planning & team organization, project tasks, and delivery schedule (internal quality check, deadlines for Client)
-
Organize the BIM engineering team and quality control system for formwork and rebar drawings
-
Produce drawings (prepare structural detailed design drawings) in compliance with Company Standards, e.g., reinforced concrete formwork drawings & rebar drawings
-
Review project base documents (such as structural analysis, architectural drawings, Client’s comments, checker’s remarks, change requests, etc.) and prepare rebar detailing and clarification list
-
Lead the BIM engineering team and manage tasks, organize regular team meetings (if necessary)
-
Ensure drawings comply with structural analysis, layout drawings, architectural drawings, checker’s remarks, technical clarifications, Client’s change requests; coordinate findings and implement revisions until drawings are corrected and final products are delivered to the Project Manager

Support the maintenance of document control systems for project files, technical standards, and rebar detailing catalogs
-
Support the optimization of standard operating procedures such as the drawing quality control process, etc.

Training, Coaching & Evaluation: Train and coach new members, supervise and evaluate BIM team members

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in detailed design drawing (according to European Standards)

Proficiency in using ALLPLAN software
-
Ability to communicate, read, and understand technical documents and drawings in both English and German
-
Teamwork, precision, organization, cooperation, and willingness to learn

Multitasking and prioritization skills with adaptability to change

Design Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Report to Project Manager.

Project setup and organization.
-
Monitor project progress and drawing approvals.
-
Monitor payment schedules.
-
Manage claims and additional services.
-
Ensure deliverables comply with contract, schedule and quality.

Coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants.
-
Final check of deliverables before client submission.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 1 year experience at detailed design stage (Eurocodes).

Good English communication.
-
Knowledge of structural detailing.

Teamwork and multitasking skills.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

ALLPLAN & BIM workflow training provided by a reputable professional training provider
in the industry. -
All training costs are fully covered by the company. (Training Allowance: 8 million in gross.)

Work on real projects under the direct guidance and supervision of Team Leaders and
Senior Engineers. -
After successfully completing 2 months of training, employees will be offered an official
contract with social insurance contributions paid at over 100% of salary. (Salary: 9 – 11 million in gross.) -
14 days of annual leave in accordance with company policy.

Opportunity to become one of the first members of BEC’s initial training course, growing together with the company in its early development phase.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
