We process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and handle your enquiries, in line with the GDPR (where it applies to our services for clients in the EU) and Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection.

 

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel. When you visit the site, Wix processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, browser, page visited) to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Israel is covered by an EU adequacy decision; any processing in other countries is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement with Wix is in place.

 

4. Cookies

We only use cookies that are technically necessary to operate the website (e.g. security, language selection). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

 

5. Contact form and email

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, company, email address, phone number if given, message and uploaded files) to handle your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to business enquiries). Form data is stored by Wix and forwarded to us by email; it is handled by our team in Vietnam. We delete your details once the enquiry has been closed and no contract has been concluded, at the latest after 12 months. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply.

 

6. Disclosure

We only share data with third parties where this is necessary to handle your enquiry or perform a contract, or where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell data.

 

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal email to bd@bec-consult.com is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.
