Deep-water container port for Super Post-Panamax ships at Cai Mep, Vietnam — 48 ha port area, 600 m of berth structure with dredging, 30 ha of land reclamation and soil improvement, and a full operational building set (administration, workshop, customs, gates, power, water supply & treatment). Capacity ~1.2 million TEU per year. Engagement covered the full project lifecycle — basic design, approval design, tender documents, Design-Build contractor procurement (FIDIC Yellow Book, awarded to POSCO ENC), and construction supervision as Engineer under FIDIC.
